The service is friendly and helpful, with staff offering transfers and being kind, but the location is noisy. The dining provided OK choices, though it is a hidden gem in north Pattaya. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were cheerfully bright and sparkling clean, and the price around 900 baht including breakfast was quite reasonable. However, there was a problem with the toilet/sewer that needs attention. Overall, the rooms were ok - big enough and clean.
